With a deep understanding and/or alignment to the UK agriculture sector, this role requires a commercially savvy leader with a strong sales and customer focused orientation. We will be seeking a visionary, people focused business leader with proven ability to commercialise and profitably scale operations, whilst leading change and continued collaboration with Frontier. You must possess solid financial ability, passion for innovation, and embrace technological advancements that derive real benefits for customers. This will reinforce your relentless focus on customer acquisition, retention and sustainable growth whilst ensuring YAGRO’s culture continues to thrive, and its people are invested and motivated by the company's future opportunity and impact on the farming sector.
